Terms of Service

The agreement between Dentovox and the practices that use it.

Last updated: June 2026. These terms are between your practice and Dentovox, Inc. (a Delaware corporation).

1. The service

Dentovox provides an AI front-office platform: inbound call answering, appointment booking, patient reactivation, messaging, and analytics for dental practices.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be authorized to act for your practice. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

4. Protected health information

Processing of patient PHI is governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA), which controls in case of any conflict with these terms.

5. Not an emergency service

Dentovox is an administrative front-office tool and is not a medical or emergency service. It does not provide clinical advice and must not be relied upon in an emergency. In a medical or dental emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You are responsible for maintaining your own emergency and after-hours procedures.

6. Call recording & messaging consent

Calls handled by Dentovox may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping. You are responsible for any caller notice or consent your jurisdiction requires. Outbound SMS and calls are sent only where you have obtained the consent required by the TCPA and applicable law; recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

7. Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Usage above the included minutes is billed at the plan's overage rate. No long-term contract — cancel anytime before renewal.

8. Availability & liability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but provide it "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set out in the signed order or BAA.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account owners. Questions: contact us.
