Dentovox sends appointment confirmations and reminders on behalf of the dental practice a patient called. This page shows exactly how a patient agrees to them, what they receive, and how they stop.
Consent is spoken, on a recorded call the patient placed to their own dental practice. There is no web form and no purchased list: a number reaches us only when its owner reads it out and agrees to be texted about their own appointment.
The call is recorded, and the practice keeps that recording. A patient who does not agree is not texted; the appointment is made either way.
Two kinds of message, both about an appointment the patient made themselves. No offers, no promotions, no marketing of any kind.
